They are looking for an experienced American Expat who can move to Korea for at
least 2-5 years to manage the Accounting function for a major joint-venture

to the local Project Operations Manager, you will be responsible for

compliance of the Accounting and Billing Systems with both U.S. Federal and
Korea business requirements. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Requirements: A
minimum of 10-15 years experience, with at least 10 of those years in a hand
on technical accounting experience and at least 5 of the years in a
supervisory capacity. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
discipline. Possess a CPA, Masters Degree or similar credential. Ability to
demonstrate understanding of the month end close process, as well as
reporting requirements for appropriate financial statement and project
accounting information; including
understanding of proportionate consolidations and foreign currency
rules. Ability to demonstrate understanding of integrated financial database
systems such as Oracle, SAP or Deltek. Ability to demonstrate experience
