Become a core member of the Fuels Comparative Performance Analysis Team as well as be a functional expert on economics and planning, specific process technology, energy, maintenance and/or oil loss.  This will include extensive analysis at the home office as well as training, presentations and workshops at the participants' work sites worldwide. 

We want someone with a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.  Ideally, also want an MBA and 15 years in refining and/or chemical manufacturing, including operations and the economics and planning department and 20+ years in refining, experience as a operations manager or higher, experience with marketing and supply interactions, understand market drivers and supply situations around the world.

The Environmental Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of environmental programs including RCRA, HON, MON, Title V Permitting and company Standards. Ensure the implementation of the company group directive safety, health and environment protection in the design of the plant Generate and maintain ownership of all major engineering documents for technical process design and plant design as well as definition and coordination of battery limits This position allows you to provide the following functions: Perform highly complex and diverse assignments utilizing an in-depth and broad knowledge of involved scientific theory and principals, practices and/or precedents. In depth knowledge of the company's Corporation's products and processes Utilizes constructive thinking to define and analyze a variety of problems and alternatives for solutions May represent company to business unit or to oversee counterparts. Manages engineering function for a small to medium group of in house or contractor engineers

 

Requires BS Degree Chemical, mechanical, Civil/Structural Engineering Masters degree is highly preferable. 15 years or more of project engineering experience. 5 years of experience in supervisory or project leadership roles At least 3 years of experience at the senior level in the Chemical/ Petrochemical Industry. Professional Engineer License preferred. Detailed knowledge of Global Capital practices and Global contractor work processes Strong detailed knowledge of company's products and processes is desired. Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at one time Self-starter, excellent communication skills, organization, coordination, and leadership skills. Demonstrate good leadership/collaboration skills Demonstrate good team leadership and coaching skills Demonstrate good analytical thinking, customer focus
