with numerous openings for estimators at all levels. We need people with the experience and capability to understand
the work, the engineering scope definition, and detailed estimating. All of
the clients’ jobs are on a large variety of oil & gas projects. You should know how to generate an estimate through final cost
(all materials, fabrication, subcontracts, construction, localization and
associated construction indirects, etc.) for one or more of the following disciplines: Electrical,
Instrumentation & Controls, Heaters, Civil, Concrete, Structural, Piping,
Rotating Equipment. Degree preferred but not essential. Good computer skills are
required - Microsoft Excel and Word at a minimum. Database experience is preferred.
Must have the ability to work in cross-functional team environment.
Experience on localization of costs to international locations is a plus.
Experience at conceptual estimating is also a plus. You
must know how to generate an estimate through final cost (all materials,

Construction Project Manager Large
design/build mechanical, electrical, plumbing projects This
position is for a high caliber professional experienced in dealing with Large
design/build mechanical, electrical, plumbing projects that is seeking a new
challenge and prepared to control projects across multiple regional centers
in Japan in conjunction with the Global management team. The
ESPC’s are for projects on a wide variety of conservation measures, and
install proven energy-efficient technologies and upgrade energy
infrastructure. As
Construction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall
management of US Federal Governments ESPC projects in Japan, from development
through the performance period for services, with direct accountability for
project execution, administration and management. You will lead teams to accomplish specific
objectives in a given time frame and with available resources, and will be
accountable for assigned projects’ scope of work, schedule and budget. You
will work as the Prime Contractor to the US federal government handling
multi-million dollar contracts. These
are large design/build mechanical, electrical, plumbing projects will involve
multiple technologies including renewable energy sources, and includes
managing multiple subcontractors and joint venture relationships, and you
will be accountable for timely completion of assigned projects and customer
satisfaction Key Competencies and
Success Factors: -
Energy engineering experience with US federal ESPC requirements -
Construction project management and team leadership experience required - Dual language
capability in English and Japanese verbally is highly desirable and preferred -

relationships -
Familiarity with financially guaranteed contracts, the operation of energy
management systems, HVAC systems, temperature controls, and process control
systems is preferred -
Previous experience with the US Navy or Marine Corps is preferred We

completing the initial planning and scheduling for the construction of
several nuclear power projects. The scheduler requested will spend some time
in New Castle Delaware. You will also likely spend some time in their
Illinois facilities. This will take
four to six months, and then there will be a long period where scheduling
activities will be idle, so you will then be moved to another project. Must

with major Oil & Gas related projects underway in the Middle East. They
currently need contracts professionals with Change Management experience to
administer all facets of projects in support of the Project Managers in
either Saudi and/or Qatar. You must be able to manage change from the
bottom up, i.e. identify, quantify, negotiate and close out. It will be your additional responsibility
to write and manage commercially related correspondence. Also, you will be responsible for project
invoice management and follow-up, including bond and related tasks. You will
need to be able to work with project controls to support Project Management
with project financial and risk status reports. Prefer single status candidates. *If US expat the annual salary would be
