Preferred Qualifications:

Significant EPC with companies like Bechtel, Fluor,
Shaw, or similar or other heavy industry experience living and working at
international locations.

International work experience managing major projects
and or regional/country HR operations within Asia Pacific, India and Middle
East.

Experience in TCN recruiting and developing labor
sourcing contract terms and assignment conditions from the Asia pacific

Major international project start up experience – All

engineering support and field operations through commissioning and start

The
HR Operations Manager will have oversight of the regional HR service center
in Columbus OH and management of the regional HR staff. The service center
is responsible for high volume, time sensitive data processing, changes and
corrections for personnel related transactions for all field employees. The
HR Operations Manager will ensure data accuracy/integrity and resolve
processing problems to provide consistent service delivery to client
groups. This individual will partner directly with field business partners
to address and resolve any discrepancies. In addition, the HR Operations
Manager will partner and work collaboratively with the home office HR
partners to execute initiatives and develop more efficiencies for continual
improvements related to system and process enhancement. This person will
also understand and analyze on going to make constructive recommendations
for modifications or enhancements to existing procedures, techniques and
processes. .
Primary Responsibilities
Provides day-to-day leadership support and guidance to regional HR staff.
Manages and ensures delivery of accurate, efficient and timely HR related
processing.
Oversees and ensures high-quality delivery of services to all internal and
external customers. Ensures effective systems and procedures are in place
to enable quality work and deliverables.
Data management including HRIS data entry, maintenance and auditing.
Liaison with internal and external parties on problem resolution.
Manages enhancements and changes to existing systems by working with the
internal HR business owners to gather requirements for changes, schedules
changes, manages the testing process of changes, approves implementation of
changes, and participates in communications/training efforts of the
changes, as needed.
Executes the implementation of system changes and improvements which will
positively enhance service delivery.
Evaluates services delivered and seeks opportunities to improve performance

and data retention.

Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of
HR management experience with a strong background in operations, systems,
payroll.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the MS Office platform
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), ADP and related HR Information
System.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and planning skills.

massive new community development projects in the heart of the UAE.
You will provide HR leadership to the
various projects and input to country operations as required. You will be
based in Dubai and be responsible for providing strategic business partner
consulting and HR functional expertise in all aspects of Human Resources
required to support the projects and HR operations. You will play a key
role in the establishment, development and delivery of the HR
function/services. Your initial focus will be on recruitment, staffing and
expatriate administration as the projects ramps up for the next few years. As the project develops, focus will shift
to learning and organizational development, employee relations, retention
and compensation/benefits administration.
